As students journey through your school from prospective student to current student, there will come a day when they, unfortunately, have to leave your school.

The Alumni area in the portal admin tools stores all data schools want to retain, including exam results, email address, and year graduated.

Schools can also add this module to their websites, allowing past students to keep in touch with their peers, register with your alumni database, keep up-to-date with events and news about your schools, and see information only relevant to alumni. As past students, alumni can have as much or as little access to the portal as your school wishes. Just because they’ve left your school, doesn’t mean they have to leave your school community.
