Emails are displayed within My School Portal for parents, staff and students. Users do not have to search their busy inboxes to find emails from the school.

My School Portal offers one inbox with all parents’ school correspondence that can be filtered by a term, month, week or day. Emails can be replied to and a star system allows users to flag the most important emails so they can be easily found at a later date. Parents can also filter emails down to each of their children all within one interface.

The following emails now only contain minimum information with a link to the appropriate area of the portal: Absence, Leave Request,  Contact Forms and Report Feedback. This feature stops any sensitive data being sent out via unencrypted emails.
