My School Portal’s Pupil Documents feature allows a school administrator to upload documents regarding individual students such as school reports and invoices. These uploads can either be done in bulk or individually, making updates to individual documents much more manageable.

Each pupil document group (or cycle) can be restricted so only parents and guardians or students can view them. Documents can be scheduled for future release allowing school admins to prepare ahead of time. Pupil Document pages can be created for different types of documents, e.g., one page for reports and another for invoices, keeping everything organised. 

Schools can control the design and content of their reports, invoices and any other type of student-specific document. Using this feature means documents no longer need to be printed and distributed saving schools time and money. Documents are always available online to parents and students for convenient viewing.
